HOW TO GET A TOTAL ACCESS PASS:

SUBSCRIBE ONLINE

• Step 1: REGISTER
Note: If you have already registered and have an active account, skip Step 2 and go to Step 3.
If you want to register and purchase a TOTAL ACCESS Pass in the same step, there is now a field for selecting your subscription on the registration form.

• Step 2: ACTIVATE YOUR ACCOUNT
After registering, you will be sent an e-mail message with a link to activate your account. This e-mail will be sent instantly upon registering to the e-mail address you submitted. Click the activation link in the e-mail you receive, and you will be directed to the log-in page. This activation begins a seven-day free trial and allows you access to read the posts and topics. To reply to posts or create new topics you must purchase a TOTAL ACCESS Pass. • Step 3: LOG IN
Log in to your account. There are multiple links to log in throughout the site, or you may use the log-in page.

• Step 4: PURCHASE TOTAL ACCESS PASS
Once you are logged in, if you selected a subscription option on the registration form, you will be prompted to pay. If you did not select a subscription option on the registration form, you can still purchase a TOTAL ACCESS Pass at any time. When logged in, you will see a graphic link to subscribe/renew TOTAL ACCESS near the top of all forums pages. Click this graphic to proceed to the subscription area, or you may visit the subscription page directly. Follow the instructions and prompts to purchase your pass.
Please note a new agreement between Diehard Dogs and Northeastern Athletics:
Northeastern now purchases TOTAL ACCESS Passes for all members of its Husky Athletics Club who donate $250 or more each year. If you are a Husky Athletics Club member eligible for this benefit, please e-mail Diehard Dogs (bark@dieharddogs.com) so we can upgrade your Diehard Dogs account to TOTAL ACCESS. SUBSCRIBE BY MAIL

Send a check or money order for $29.95 ($14.95 for current Northeastern students with neu.edu e-mail address) made payable to DIEHARD DOGS and mail to P.O. Box 230383, Boston, MA 02123. Be sure to include your e-mail address and/or phone number so we can contact you to walk through the sign-up process step by step.

TROUBLESHOOTING

• Validation/activation problems
If you are registering a new account and do not receive the validation e-mail, check your "junk" or deleted mail folder. Some hotmail and yahoo users have reported that the message mistakenly appears in the wrong folder.

• Log-in problems
If you have forgotten your password, use the lost password recovery link.
If you have forgotten your log-in name, e-mail bark@dieharddogs.com.
